Our website, backups, and connected applications are hosted on Microsoft Azure. This infrastructure is secured according to the highest standards, including access control, encryption, and continuous monitoring.

Data is stored exclusively on servers within the European Economic Area (EEA), unless otherwise required and with appropriate safeguards.

4. Retention Period

• Newsletter data: Stored indefinitely until you unsubscribe.
• Contact requests: Stored for a maximum of 10 years in our email environment.
• Analytics data: Retained for up to 26 months.
• Account and billing data: Stored for up to 7 years in accordance with tax legislation.

5. Security

No physical copies of your personal data are stored—only digital data, protected by passwords and, where possible, two-factor authentication. Our website is secured with an SSL certificate and DNSSEC.
